I have pleasure enclosing the latest brochure outlining the above development, which has recently opened.

You will see from the attached that we have made significant progress in respect of the lettings, with a number retailers opening, including Wilkinsons, New Look, Select, Claires, Adams Children’s Wear, Poundworld, Ladbrokes and Card Factory.

In addition, lettings have recently been agreed with Costa Coffee, Carphone Warehouse and Brighthouse, who are all to open shortly.

The brochure includes the final units which are currently available and I would be more than happy to discuss any of these options, should they be of interest to your clients.
